99ji Terms and Conditions

1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined here. Understanding them will help you read the rest of the document clearly.

"99ji" / "We" / "Us" / "The Platform"

Refers to 99ji, the online gaming and betting platform operated at https://99ji.best, including all services, features, and products offered under that domain.

"Player" / "You" / "User"

Any individual who registers an account on 99ji, accesses the platform, or uses any of its services.

"Account"

The registered user account created by a player on the 99ji platform, through which all betting activity, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted.

"Wager" / "Bet"

Any stake placed by a player on an outcome offered by 99ji, including sports betting, esports betting, card games, and other gaming products available on the platform.

"Funds" / "Wallet Balance"

The total amount of money held in a player's 99ji account wallet, including deposited amounts and any credited winnings.

"Bonus Funds"

Credits or promotional amounts added to a player's account by 99ji as part of a promotion, offer, or loyalty reward. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements and are distinct from real money deposits.

"KYC"

Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by Philippine gaming regulations, which may include submitting a government-issued ID, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation.

"Responsible Gaming Tools"

Platform features including deposit limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion options, and cool-off periods designed to support healthy gaming behaviour.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on 99ji, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is not a guideline — it is a hard legal requirement under Philippine gaming law. 99ji takes underage access seriously and will close any account found to belong to a person under 21, with all funds held pending parental or guardian review.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is legal at the time you place a wager. It is your responsibility to check applicable local laws.
• You must not be a resident of any country or jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other fields required during sign-up.
• Each person may hold only one account on 99ji. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a 99ji employee involved in gaming operations.

3 Account Security

Your 99ji account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account.

• Do not share your password with anyone — not a friend, not a family member, not someone claiming to be 99ji support staff. Our support team will never ask for your password.
• Use a strong, unique password for your 99ji account. Avoid reusing passwords from other services.
• Enable two-factor authentication if available in your account settings.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by another person, contact 99ji support immediately. We will freeze the account and investigate.
• 99ji is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their credentials voluntarily or failing to secure their login information. If we determine that account sharing has occurred, we reserve the right to close the account.

4 Deposits

99ji accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits must be made from a payment method held in your own name.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 99ji wallet within a few minutes. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• 99ji does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees or currency conversion charges for non-peso transactions.
• Only funds derived from legal sources may be deposited. Depositing proceeds from illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and reporting to authorities.
• If a deposit is reversed by your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for wagering, the outstanding amount becomes a debt owed by the player to 99ji and may be recovered from future deposits or winnings.
• 99ji reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds as part of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance procedures.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 99ji wallet can be made via GCash, Maya, and other supported local payment channels listed in the Deposit and Withdrawal section of the platform.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Most standard withdrawals are processed within five minutes during normal operating hours. Higher amounts or first-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take longer.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as your 99ji account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Before your first withdrawal, 99ji may require you to complete KYC identity verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID. This is a regulatory requirement, not an optional step.
• 99ji reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or an unresolved account issue. You will be notified if this occurs.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Only real money winnings derived from completed bonus play are eligible for withdrawal.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 99ji are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may also apply and are available within each betting market.

• The minimum single bet is ₱50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the time of placing the wager.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player, unless a specific Cash Out option is available and the player exercises it before the event concludes.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format. The displayed odds at the time of bet acceptance are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent odds changes.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before reaching an official result, all bets on that event are voided and stakes are returned to the player's wallet. Events that are rescheduled and completed within 24 hours may be settled on the rescheduled result — this is noted in individual market rules.
• In the event of a system error, technical fault, or pricing error that results in clearly incorrect odds being offered, 99ji reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. We will notify affected players promptly.
• Parlay (accumulator) bets require all individual selections to win. A single void leg reduces the parlay by that selection; other legs remain active. A single losing leg results in the parlay bet losing entirely.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network latency. There may be a brief delay between the live event and the odds displayed on the platform. Bets accepted after an in-play event has concluded will be voided.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

99ji offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback deals, and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion details.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the end of the validity window.
• Only wagers placed with qualifying bet types and on qualifying markets contribute toward bonus wagering requirements. Free bets, system bets, and bets below the minimum qualifying odds typically do not count. Specific conditions are listed per promotion.
• 99ji reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already claimed it and met part of the wagering requirements, any qualifying winnings earned up to that point will be honoured.
• Bonus abuse — including any form of matched betting, arbitrage through bonuses, or coordinated bonus exploitation — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings, and may result in account closure.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 99ji. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Underage gambling — accessing or using 99ji while under 21 years of age.
• Multiple accounts — registering more than one account on the platform in your own name or under false identities.
• Money laundering — depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds for the purpose of concealing the illegal origin of money.
• Match fixing and insider information — placing bets based on non-public information or in coordination with match participants to fix outcomes.
• Collusion — in card games and poker-style products, coordinating with other players to unfairly gain advantage over opponents.
• Use of automated systems — using bots, scripts, or any automated tools to place bets or interact with the 99ji platform in ways not available to regular players.
• Chargebacks — initiating a payment reversal with your bank or payment provider after using deposited funds for betting, without first resolving the matter with 99ji support.
• Providing false information — misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other information required by 99ji or its compliance obligations.

9 Responsible Gaming

99ji is committed to supporting responsible gaming practices and takes this obligation seriously as a licensed Philippine gaming operator. Betting is entertainment, and 99ji provides tools to help players keep it that way.

• Deposit limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase applies.
• Session time reminders: Players can enable notifications that alert them when a session has exceeded a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break can self-exclude for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours, during which time the account is suspended.
• Cool-off periods: Players can request a temporary break from 24 hours to 6 weeks without full self-exclusion.
• Reality checks: Optional in-session reminders displaying the duration of your current session and net win/loss position.

10 Privacy & Data

99ji collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the 99ji Privacy Policy.

In summary: we collect only the data we need to operate the platform, verify your identity, process payments, and comply with our regulatory obligations. 11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 99ji's total liability to any player arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

99ji is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising from the use or inability to use the platform — including but not limited to platform outages, delayed bet acceptance due to network issues, or incorrect display of odds due to technical errors.

99ji provides its platform on an "as available" basis and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary unavailability. We will communicate planned downtime in advance wherever possible.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

99ji reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• A self-exclusion request initiated by the player.
• A third-party exclusion order received by 99ji under applicable law or regulatory direction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any funds in the wallet may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for any other reason, the wallet balance will be returned to the player after identity verification is completed.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting 99ji support. Once a closure request is confirmed, the account cannot be reopened. Any remaining wallet balance will be returned via the player's usual withdrawal method after verification.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

99ji operates in compliance with all applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of 99ji complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

14 Amendments

99ji reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active players by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect — except where changes are required immediately by law or regulation, in which case they take effect upon publication.

Continued use of the 99ji platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you may close your account before the effective date and withdraw your wallet balance.

The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last updated. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.
